About Career development
The Career Development section provides resources to help initiate or develop a career in Health Technology Assessment.
The resources are organised into four sub-sections:
The Training sub-section provides a repository of recurring courses on topics of relevance to HTA, including research methodology, health economics, and health policy.
Background information is provided for each course, including:
- a brief description of the course
- the organising institution
- the format of the course (e.g. online, face-to-face)
- the location of the course
- whether or not there is a cost involved
- a direct link to the enrolment page for the course
The content on the Training sub-section is maintained in collaboration with INAHTA Value Network 3.
The Scholar/intern/fellow-ships sub-section provides a dedicated list of HTA agencies that provide scholarship, internship and fellow-ship opportunities. Direct links to the websites of relevant agencies are provided.
The Conferences sub-section provides a list of recurring conferences of relevance to HTA. Links are provided to the websites of agencies that host conferences.
The Jobs sub-section provides a dedicated list of HTA agencies that provide job opportunities. Direct links to the job's page on the website of relevant agencies are provided.
