General As part of the Biomedical Sciences programme, the HTA-programme features modules (four weeks of full-time, intensive learning), electives, and internships. The MSc-programme offers ample possibilities to be personalized with great flexibility. Please click Minors for information on possibilities to extend the HTA core programme. BSc-programme The HTA BSc-programme is taught in English and starts once year in January.

Health technology innovation and assessment

Clinical research MSc-programme The HTA MSc-programme starts once a year in September and includes the following modules:

  • Policy research
  • Health outcome measurement
  • Economic analysis in health care
  • Advanced modelling in observational research
  • Research internship

Students who have not completed a BSc with a major in HTA may need to repair deficits in their knowledge and skills, which for students who have a Bachelor’s degree from a university of professional education (HBO) could amount to a pre-master year. Please see under 'Admission' for details.
